FACTORY SHOW & PRODUCTION PROCESS
Our production process is meticulously managed: sketching → heat transfer printing → fabric cutting → sewing → trimming → QC inspection → ironing. Every step ensures high-quality output.
1. Sketching & Pattern Making
Our design team translates your conceptual ideas, sketches, or reference photos into digital tech packs and paper patterns.
2. Heat Transfer Printing
Using advanced sublimation printers, designs are printed onto transfer paper and sublimated onto the fabric with precision color match.
3. Fabric Cutting
Computerized automatic fabric cutting systems ensure clean, precise edges and exact sizing consistency across all panels.
4. Sewing & Assembly
Skilled seamstresses assemble the swimsuits using high-strength stretch threads, ensuring durable and comfortable seams.
5. Trimming & Detailing
Excess threads are trimmed and hardware details (such as metal rings, clasps, or custom tags) are secured onto each piece.
6. QC Inspection
